Soria Hamidi

I’m a playwright, screenwriter and director.

My debut play, A Burst of Light, was shortlisted and commended by the Woven Voices Prize and the Gate Theatre. I was selected for the London Library Emerging Writers Programme 2022-23.

At the moment, I’m developing a few different projects, including a play, a novel and a film.
